How often is the data updated?
We update our database monthly with the latest available data from each source. EPC certificates and sales data are typically updated within 30 days of being published by the government.
Can I use this data commercially?
Home Checkup is designed for personal research and informational purposes. For commercial use of the underlying government data, please refer to the original source licenses.
Why can't I find my property?
We have 20M+ UK properties, but some newer properties or those without EPC certificates may not be in our database yet. Try searching by postcode or nearby addresses.
